6pm visit. No bread selection (9 grain only at the time), no cookies, no apples slices. Our group of 3 were the only people in the restaurant and it still took 18 minutes for us to receive our 3 subs - extremely loosely wrapped, lightly and unevenly toppinged, and without napkins. Although the staff was extremely slow and a line of about 7 built up behind us, the 3rd person who kept looking/calling over didn't help on the line. That all said, the restaurant was pretty clean and the staff were quiet but polite.
