- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆It gets 4-stars because I live in Courtenay and have to deal with the Rialto. Because of that, if this theatre showed movies from DVD and had comfortable chairs, it would still get at least 3-stars. The front end staff is quick as they can be and friendly and the seating in the theatre is nice. My only beef is with the ticket booth. They only open one booth regularly, and if an extremely popular film is showing and I want to see the third most popular movie that night, I better show up 2 hours early for my ticket or else I'll be trapped in a line that wraps around the building.By Conor MacLoclen, January 29, 2017
